The Garner Woman's Club ESO chapter was officially launched in October 2025 with the goal of encouraging lifelong learning, promoting a love of reading, and creating meaningful fellowship among club members through literature and shared discussion. Since its founding, the chapter has continued to grow, welcoming 12 members into its ranks, with two members already achieving “Member” status through their reading accomplishments.
ESO offers members the opportunity to participate in reading and self-enrichment in a variety of ways. Members can independently read and log books across numerous categories while working toward ESO recognition levels. In addition to individual reading, the chapter established an ESO Book Club that meets every 2–3 months at local coffee shops to discuss a collectively selected title. These gatherings have sparked thoughtful conversations, lively debate, and stronger friendships among participants.
To further support engagement and encourage members to explore new genres and authors, the chapter also introduced the ESO Book Bingo Challenge, adding a fun and interactive way for members to expand their reading while earning raffle entries through participation.
From meaningful book discussions and educational support sessions to fellowship-centered gatherings, the ESO chapter continues to build a welcoming community centered around reading, learning, and connection.
We are a collection of women from the Garner Woman's Club, representing a variety of CSPs, who come together through a shared love of reading. United by curiosity, conversation, and community, we enjoy exploring new books, exchanging perspectives, and building lasting friendships through our common interest in literature.
