Don't be afraid to ask for help.

Student Credential Look Up will guide you through finding your student's username and passwords.

Clear Google Cache will give you a brief rundown on how to clear the cache so that your student can load ReadyHub.

You can fill out the Mobile Device Service Request form through GISD or
Your student will fill out a Google Form and our CTA, Mr. Plotke, will help them with the error. Have your student submit this information using their GISD account. The link is in their Google Classroom.

Let the office know and they will get you put on a list of student's without Chromebooks. More information to come later.
