Step 2. Pass the Trainer Skills Assessment

This online exam checks your knowledge of the Trainer Course and your overall familiarity with Google for Education tools.

Step 3.  Earn Your Google Certified Educator Level 1 Certificate

Test your ability to integrate Google tools into real teaching scenarios.

Step 4.  Earn Your Google Certified Educator Level 2 Certificate

Go deeper with advanced tools and strategies that support 21st-century learning environments.

Step 5. Create Your Trainer Video

Submit a 2–3 minute screencast that shows how a Google Workspace tool, Chromebook, or Chrome can be used in an innovative way.

Video Tips:

• Keep it under 3 minutes — anything longer will be declined

• Use clear, easy-to-follow steps

• Focus on classroom or school-based use

• Screencasts are preferred

Step 6. Document Your PD Experience

Submit 3–5 Google-specific professional learning sessions you've led in the past year. You can include:

• Workshops or in-person trainings

• Blogs or podcasts

• Online courses or recorded sessions
