This form must be filled out in order for a transcript to be printed, sent to colleges, or mailed.  It can be completed and submitted electronically.  You can find the Records Release form HERE.  If you are not 18 yet, your parent will need to fill this form out.  It can be found in the Family Skyward Account under Online Forms.
