Goal: Students continue their pathway into a GISD High School.
Goal: Students prepare for attendance at Rowlett HS.
Goal: Students are guided to complete their 8th grade year and pass at least one 8th grade state assessment.
Goal: Students continue their pathway into a GISD High School.
Pathways include: Advanced Academics, Leadership/P-TECH, Computer Science & MST
Expectations: A semester average of at least 75% must be maintained to stay on this pathway from semester to semester. Students will automatically be removed if any state assessment score of less than Approaches is earned by a student.
Requirements: Students may not have any exclusionary discipline or more than 3 administrative detentions for the semester.

Goal: Students prepare for attendance at Rowlett HS.
Expectations: Students are to maintain a passing score of 70% in all core content courses. Students may earn up to 2 spring pathway electives by earning a rating of Approaches or higher on their Fall STAAR Interim (math/reading).
Requirements: Students may not be suspended or assigned to DAEP during the Fall semester.
Goal: Students are guided to complete their 8th grade year and pass at least one 8th grade state assessment.
Expectations: Students are guided to maintain a semester average of 70% or higher in all state assessed content areas by grade. Students who earn a rating of Approaches or higher in their state assessed courses will be elevated to a Coyle Promotion Plan in the spring semester opening 1 elective.
Requirements: Maintain passing scores in all math or reading courses. No DAEP Placements for the semester.
For students completing 2+ years on the same pathway
For students completing their Promotion Plan by the end of 8th grade.
For students showing progress by the end of their 8th grade year.
