AAE Students are highly encouraged to continue reading over the summer break. I have listed some of my suggested books on the book suggestion page, but you are free to choose your own book to read.

Students will count the minutes they read each week between May 29th - August 8th.
Students and families can participate in the Family Activities provided.
Students may read a print book, and eBook, or a digital book from myON.
Read all summer long and track your minutes along the way.
Submit your minutes on the Reading Log.

Reading winners will receive prizes from their campus librarians.
The district will award prizes to students that read the most minutes. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for each of the following grade groups across the district.
PK - 2nd, 3rd - 5th, 6th - 8th, and 9th - 12th
1st place - Amazon Fire 8th edition
2nd place - Echo Dot
3rd place - Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds
