why should I attend?
As a student, the Youth Forum is a spectacular way to broaden world views on the various topics we will be presenting. This can be particularly interesting for those who are taking focused subjects. For example, as a Computer Science student, you may enjoy the speakers under the themes "Digital Wellness for Youth" or "Harnessing AI". Those who are interested in Biology or looking at Biology/Chemistry in IB may enjoy speakers under the theme "Future of Medicine and Ethics". You may learn valuable information which you can bring into your subjects, projects, and deepen your overall course understanding. Even if you are unsure of which theme you would be most interested in, any one of these topics would be insightful as you would be hearing from experts in their area. You may discover that you have a passion for a specific topic, and may then want to pursue courses/careers within this area as a result. Lastly, the discussions you will have with panel speakers on this day will be a great opportunity for you to inquire more about their career, ask for advice. etc.
can i still attend if i did not register?
Yes you can attend! But we would appreciate it if you could register yourself so we would have you in the system, and make sure you have a spot at your chosen panels.

The event will be recorded and will be sent out to schools, so you will be able to watch back if you missed information, want to take notes, or show to a friend. However, it will not be live-streamed.
