Dover Boarding Support Team

Deputy and Assistant houseparents are staff members of the College staff who comes once or twice a week to help us in the evenings and on weekends. They have many different tasks and responsibilities, such as supervising evening study times, managing leave requests, doing occasional room checks, and helping with the evening shutdown routine and bedtime checks.  

Our aunties ensure our boarding houses are clean and organised. They clean your room and bathroom, corridors and public areas. However,  it is important that you keep your room tidy so that they can do their job properly - it is not their responsibility to pick up after you - you have to learn to do this for yourself! 

There is an aunty for each floor in each of the Houses and they work from 7AM to 3 PM from Monday to Saturday.
