Gymnastics

Aimed at students who wish to progressively learn fundamental gymnastic skills, strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination in a supportive environment with a minimal time commitment. Students from Infant school will participate in our "Share weeks" to demonstrate their learning and skill development with their families. Others will undertake testing periods and some will participate in a friendly competition where they can display their achievements.

EXCEL PATHWAY

The Excel Pathway is by selection and is for those who have acquired fundamental gymnastics skills and wish to acquire and refine more advanced skills, as well as to have full experience of the sport with reasonable commitment. All Excel members will participate in a local competition and may be selected to participate in overseas competitions throughout the year.

SQUAD PATHWAY

This pathway is by invitation only, and will provide the opportunity for committed student-athletes to develop their talent and interest in gymnastics into expertise and excellence. Participants must possess physical and mental capacity to train at a higher intensity and commit to the required hours and participate in all competitions they are selected for.
