3:00pm - Standard check-in at Novotel Singapore on Kitchener (Request availability of early check-in prior to arrival if required).
4:30pm - All teams to have arrived at hotel.
5:00pm - Depart hotel for UWC Dover.
5:30pm - Coaches meeting at UWC Dover (sport & activities office).
6:00pm - Welcome / Opening Ceremony (main hall)
6:30pm - Bon appétit.
7:30pm - Buses to start departing back to hotel. 

Friday | February 2nd 2023
5:30am onwards - Breakfast at Novotel Singapore on Kitchener.
6:30am - First departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover (priority to teams playing in first round of games).
7:00am - Warm Up 1.
7:00am - Second departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover (priority to teams playing in second round of games).
7:00am - Warm Up 2,
8:00am - Third departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover (priority to teams playing in third round of games).
8:00am - 1st round of games to start*
9:15am - 2nd round of games to start*
10.30am - 3rd round of games to start*
11:30am - Lunch buffet opens (Tent Plaza)
12:30pm - 4th round of games to start*
1:45pm - 5th round of games to start*
2:30pm - First departure of buses leave UWC Dover to Novotel Singapore on Kitchener.
2:30pm - Lunch buffet closes (Tent Plaza)
3:00pm - 6th round of games to start*
4:30pm - Second departure of buses leave UWC Dover to Novotel Singapore on Kitchener.
9pm - Cut off time for any delays in schedule due to weather.

6:30am - First departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover (priority to teams playing in first round of games).
7:00am - Warm Up 1.
7:00am - Second departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover (priority to teams playing in second round of games).
7:00am - Warm Up 2,
8:00am - Third departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover (priority to teams playing in third round of games).
8:00am - 1st round of games to start*

6:00am - Warm Up 1.
6:30am - Finishing off Day 2 games.
6:15am - Second departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover (priority to teams playing in second round of games).
7am - Third departure of buses leave Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to UWC Dover  (priority to teams playing in third round of games).
7am - 1st round of finals to start.
8.15am - 2nd round of finals to start.
9.30am - 3rd round of finals to start.
Awards - Upon completion of finals.
1pm - Departure of buses from UWC Dover to Changi Airport.
