Registration Timeline [summer break]
UWCSEA Dover Students
Phase 1
Registration Opens: Monday, 20th May, 3pm (UWCSEA Dover - using parent portal or MS/HS students can use student log in)
Registration Closes: Friday, 24th May, 3pm
Allocation Released: Tuesday, 28th May, 3pm. Email confirmation will be sent to parents, payment to be made to secure place.
Payment Deadline: Monday, 3rd June, 3pm. Any places not paid for at this point will be allocated to other students.
Phase 2
Clearing Phase: Wednesday, 5th June, 3pm - Monday, 10th June, 3pm.
*Open to Public: Tuesday, 20th May, 3pm. Allocations will only begin on 28th May based on availability after UWCSEA Dover students have been allocated. Click here to see options available and to register your interest. It is first come first serve for NON UWCSEA Dover, in order of registration timestamp and availability. We will contact you to confirm your places by 12th June.
Programme starts: 24th June 2024
Programme ends: 16th August 2024
Week 1: 24th June to 28th June 2024
Week 2: 1st July to 5th July 2024
Week 3: 5th August to 8th August 2024 (4 days)
Week 4: 12th August to 16th August 2024
Registration and Allocation Process (phase 1/clearing only - UWCSEA Dover Students)
Please click here to register using your parent login ID.
Middle and high school students can login through their student ID but payment is made through the parent portal.
During clearing you can only register through the parent portal as payment needs to be made immediately.
Go to the Holiday Activities Sign Up menu option.
You select based on the grade your child is in for the current 2023/24 academic year.
You can select up to 5 options for the week. These are in preference order, lower preference going down the list. We encourage you to select alternative preferences in order to have the best chance of being allocated. Places are not allocated on a first come first served basis.
You are asked to select if you want to be allocated either of the below:
Morning option only
Afternoon option only
Full day (morning and afternoon)
Either morning or afternoon - you don't mind which but only one
You will receive an email confirmation of your submissions.
You can edit the preferences any time up to the close of the sign-up process.
Places will be allocated only once registration closes. You will receive an email confirmation once allocation is confirmed.
You will then receive instructions for the online payment. You will have the option to withdraw from an allocated activity at the payment stage.
Payment should be received by Monday, 3rd June, 3pm, otherwise your place will be automatically withdrawn.
