TIMELINE & ALLOCATION PROCESS
Phase 1
Registration Opens: Thursday, 20 November, 3pm
(UWCSEA Dover - using parent portal or MS/HS students can use student log in)
Registration Closes: Monday, 24 November, 3pm
Allocation Released: Thursday, 27 November, 3pm
Email confirmation will be sent to parents for students who are allocated, payment to be made to secure place.
Payment Deadline: Monday, 1 December, 3pm
Any allocated places not paid for at this point will be automatically withdrawn.
Phase 2
Clearing Phase: Thursday, 4 December, 3pm - Monday, 8 December, 3pm
(UWCSEA Dover - using parent portal only)
Places are available on a first-come-first-served basis
*Open to Public: Thursday, 20 November, 3pm
Available options will be made available in mid-November and registration forms for submission of interest will be made available on Thursday, 20 December 2025. Allocations will be on a first-come-first-served basis for non-UWCSEA Dover, in order of registration timestamp and availability.
We will contact you via email to confirm your places starting from 4 December onwards (depending on submission).
All non-UWCSEA students will require to have a UWCSEA account.
Programme starts: 29 December 2025
Programme ends: 9 January 2026
Week 1: 29 December 2025 - 2 January 2026 (4 Days: No activity on 1 Jan due to New Year's holiday)
Week 2: 5 January 2026 - 9 January 2026 (5 Days)

Middle and High school students can log in with their student ID, but all payments must be made through the parent portal.
During the clearing phase, registration is only available through the parent portal as immediate payment is required (on a first-come-first-served basis)
Navigate to the Holiday Activities Programme Sign-up from the menu option.
Select activities based on your child’s current grade for the 2025/26 academic year.
You may choose up to five activities per week, ranked in order of preference, with higher preference at the top of the list.
To maximise your chances, we encourage selecting a range of preferences. Allocations are not made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Indicate your preferred session type from the options below:
Morning option only
Afternoon option only
Either morning or afternoon - no preference, but only one session
Full Day (Morning and Afternoon)
You will receive an email confirmation of your submission
You can edit the preferences anytime until the sign-up period closes
Places will be allocated only once registration closes. You will only receive an email confirmation if your child is allocated to the activity, along with payment instructions
You may choose to withdraw from an allocated activity at the payment stage.
Payment should be received by 1 December, 3pm. If payment is not received by the deadline, your allocated place will be automatically withdrawn.
