SWIM. BIKE. RUN
Get ready to swim, bike, and run in a fun, safe, and action packed triathlon adventure with experienced triathlon coach, Vicki Hill. Students will be grouped for activities based on age and ability, so everyone learns and challenges themselves at the right level. Over the four days, students will:
Practise swimming, cycling (on static turbo trainers), and running
Practice smooth transitions and simple race strategies
Take part in games, challenges, and skill-building activities
Celebrate their progress with a mini triathlon on the final day
All activities are designed to boost confidence, coordination, and enjoyment, whether it’s their first time trying triathlon or have had previous experience!
Attire: Shorts, T-shirt, Trainers, Swimming Kit including goggles, Bike
What to bring: A full water bottle, snacks, cap, sunscreen
Vicki Hill is an experienced endurance coach and PE teacher with a passion for helping young athletes unlock their full potential. With a background in elite-level sport and over 20 years of PE teaching coaching experience, Vicki combines deep technical knowledge with a practical, athlete-centred approach.
She holds a degree in Sports Science, a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and is an Ironman Certified Coach. She is known for creating positive, motivating environments where young people thrive. As a long-time, elite level triathlete herself, Vicki brings energy, empathy, and real-world insight into every session—balancing skill development with fun, fitness, and personal growth.
Whether working with beginners or aspiring competitors, Vicki is committed to developing confident, resilient athletes who enjoy the journey as much as the results.
