Little Athletes Lab a 5-day performance camp designed to boost your child’s coordination, reaction, and confidence through high-energy activities and exposure to multiple sports.
Perfect for ages 7 to 11, this camp blends the best of:
Functional movement circuits (like BFT, but for kids!)
Brain-body coordination games
Multi-sport play (basketball, football, frisbee & more)
Each day follows our proven formula for movement mastery:
Morning Lab (Functional Fitness Focus)
Reaction games, speed ladders, cone drills, ball drops
Improve agility, balance, hand-eye/foot-eye coordination
Build quick reflexes through partner and team challenges
Sport Sampling (Game Principles in Action)
Each day features a different sport, with simplified gameplay:
