High school students (G9 - G12) will be able to access the school's fitness centre during the holiday period to complete their own 60-minute workout under supervision.

What to Bring: A full water bottle and towel
Ready for Sport! is designed for students (G4 - G8) with an emphasis on unlocking their sporting potential through producing effective/efficient movements, developing strength to reduce fatigue, and awareness of their surroundings whilst having fun. The camp will challenge your child in a few ways:
Build resilience and overcome challenges with teamwork.
Have fun while building physical qualities needed to effectively and efficiently play sport.
Develop some understanding of movement skills taught, and effectively applying it.
Condition the body so that it may be able to overcome stressors from the movement skills taught.
No prior sports participation needed. However, this camp will help students improve their basic foundation in sport.
