High school students (G9 - G12) will be able to access the school's fitness centre during the holiday period to complete their own 60-minute workout under supervision.

What to Bring: A full water bottle and towel
The Superhero camp is for anybody to join. We will be guiding the kids through fundamental movement skills/patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge, brace, twist, and locomotion) while having fun. Through this camp, we will reinforce these skills/patterns through exercises and games. By doing this, we can help the kids to improve on their motor patterning and skill acquisition. Some of the added benefits will include:
Injury prevention
Communication
Problem solving
Teamwork
All are welcome, and it will benefit everyone no matter what skill level they are at.

The Physical Potential camp is for anybody to join. However, we do recommend this for individuals who are competing in some sport as it is an added benefit. The main focus is to:
Increase strength and power
Learn different ways to recover
Touch on basic nutrition to fuel the body
All topics covered will help equip them with the right knowledge to prepare their bodies for any sport. You will notice a reduction in injury, better physical adaptation to the demand of the sport, and physical/mental resilience. The motto for the camp is "Train smart, eat smart, and recover smart."
