This programme is for students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 who were selected for the school's Development Squad. During the holiday programme we focus on maintaining strength, flexibility and skills through the holiday break.
The programme prepares the gymnasts' physical abilities and builds core skills needed in their development training.
Attire:
Girls - leotard (with or without shorts), PE Kit or Sportswear
Boys - PE Kit or Sportswear
Bare feet. No buttons, zippers and jewellery.
What to Bring: A full water bottle, light snacks (biscuits, cookies or fruits)
For students in Grade 2 to Grade 9 (WAG & MAG Junior) / Grade 5 to Grade 12 (WAG & MAG Senior) who were selected for the school's Competitive Team. During the holiday programme we focus on maintaining strength, flexibility and skills through the holiday break.
Gymnasts will also work on routines in preparation for the upcoming competition season.

Boys - PE Kit or Sportswear

WAG & MAG Senior: G5-G12
Our holiday activities are a mixture of Gymnastics, Trampoline and Strengthening. The students are grouped by age and will be challenged by their ability during the week.
The activity is run by full-time UWCSEA Gymnastics Coaches who teach gymnastics in PE and the GymSchool & GymTeam Programmes after school and during the weekends.

This class is offered from G4 to G12. Flips and tricks are popular movements in various sports and activities that involve executing acrobatic manoeuvres that require strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Age Group:
G2 - G12
Junior Parkour - This class is offered from G2 to G12. Parkour students set their goals with their coaches. The coach helps students build strength and introduce skill progression in order to achieve their goal.
Senior Parkour - This class is offered from G6 & above. This is a a more advanced Parkour class. Students are challenged by their coaches outside of their comfort zone.
