This dynamic five-day programme is structured in skill-based groups which aims to rapidly improve participants’ badminton skills, consistency and stamina through daily back to back training while keeping them engaged with fun games, attainable goals and a focus on mastering basic to intermediate strokes. This program aims to spark interest and ensure students have fun and encourage them to continue their badminton journey even after camp ends. On the last day of the course, there will be a surprise gift prepared and given as a token of appreciation, hoping they enjoyed the sessions.
Attire: Sports gear and sports shoes
What to bring: Water bottle, snacks (snacks break will be given), badminton racket
(we have rackets available for loan if you do not bring any)
Players will engage in a rigorous training program that enhances competitiveness through high-intensity badminton drills which aims to bolster both physical and mental resilience with challenges and tactical adjustments during high-level matches. On the last day of the course, there will be ranking matches to see which rank they are in their respective groups which allows them to play against one another while challenging them individually.
