This activity aims to include all participants in a variety of fun and engaging activities including a variety of group activities and games. This is perfect for children aged 4 to 12. Best of all, your child will stay active these summer holidays, meet some new friends along the way, and find the first reason to love Badminton.
Attire: Sports gear and sports shoes
What to bring: Water bottle, snacks (snacks break will be given), badminton racket
(we have rackets available for loan if you do not bring any)
On top of enjoying an intense training programme, players will work on developing competitiveness through training, high-intensity badminton drills and focus on improving physical and mental toughness through challenges and tactical adjustment in high-level match play.
