At least 10 units of Professional Education Course (exclusive of the compulsory courses) in Teacher Education Program
Submit proof of a B2 or higher English proficiency equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Native English–speaking foreign teachers are exempt from this requirement, but must provide a copy of their passport.
The acquisition date must be within 2 years prior to the date of application for the IB teaching practicum selection or certificate of IBEC program.
Students should attend at least 15 hours of IBEC workshops held by NTNU

Obtained qualifications during the 2018-2022 academic years:
Students shall submit a personal project on topics of contemporary education issues or theories based on the evaluation and standard of the IB MYP requirement.
Obtained qualifications after the 2023 academic years:
Students no need to submit a personal project.
Students are provided courses designed with a student-centered approach, focusing on inquiry-based teaching, interdisciplinary learning, and development of international education perspectives.
