• Any student, ages 14 to 18, wishing to obtain employment MUST have a work permit

• Work permits are issued to eligible students through the Guidance Office

• In order to obtain a work permit, student must visit the Guidance Office and obtain an application

• Once the student and parent/guardian complete the application, the student must bring a copy of student's birth certificate to the Guidance Office

• Students will be required to have an additional form completed by the parent/guardian and employer. A copy of the completed form should be retained by the parent/guardian
