Behavior and Messaging Through Class Dojo

This year we will be using Class Dojo for behavior and reminder messages. Students can earn points in all classes for various reasons. Every two weeks, students will be able to cash in points for fun coupons! Students can also lose points for the reasons listed below. If a student loses 3 points in 1 week, they will receive a behavior reflection sheet to complete over the weekend and return with an adult signature. If a student loses 6 points in a week, an after school detention will be assigned. Losing 7 points in a week will warrant an in school suspension. The loss of points will restart at the beginning of each week.

Points will be taken away for:

1. Missing homework

2. Not staying on task

3. Disrespect to staff/students

4. Inappropriate behavior/language

5. Not following direct instructions

6. Disruptive talking

7. Not being responsible
