Want to learn how to do certain activities with proper form. Watch and try these out. Can you do each for 30 seconds.
Equipment Needed: 1 Dice or 6 sheets of paper with #'s 1-6 folded up in a bowl
1 ball- tennis, whiffle, squish, bean, rolled up sock ball
1 Paddle- badminton, pickleball, spatula, frisbee, book or your hand
5 targets- bowl, bucket, garbage can, laundry basket, helmet
Equipment: 1 target and 1 thing to throw at the target. Challenge someone in the fam.
Equipment: 1 ball, 1 box or laundry basket, 1 target, 5-10 spots.
Pick from 3 different choices. Can you stick with it the whole 40 seconds?
Equipment: 6 things to flip, 1 dice or cards 1-6. Play with a family member.

Pump It Up with a full body workout. Make sure you have water around to stay hydrated.
Find two dice and roll away. Do five exercises in between school activities.
