Accommodation Information
Please Note: Discounted rooms are available in limited quantities and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting the reservation form does not guarantee a booking; your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the "Room Confirmation Email" sent by the organizing committee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Eligibility: Exclusive to participants of the "AICIT 2026".
Conference Room Rates
Base Rate: NT$ 3,500 per room / per night
Includes: Single occupancy, 1 daily breakfast, and access to hotel facilities.
Additional Guest Fees (Includes breakfast and amenities):
Adults (Ages 12+): NT$ 1,000 per person / per night.
Children (Ages 6–11): NT$ 850 per person / per night.
Infants/Toddlers (Ages 5 and under): Free of charge. (Please specify in the form if baby amenities are required.)
Extra Bed Service: NT$ 1,500 per night. (Available for specific room types; maximum 1 extra bed per room.)
Note: If you have a child (including those under 5) and opt for an extra bed, only the extra bed fee will be charged.
Room Specifications
Space: Approximately 43 square meters.
Bed Type: Two Twin beds or Two Queen beds. (The committee will assign the appropriate room type based on the number of guests and on-site availability.)
Maximum Occupancy: Up to 4 persons per room (including extra bed), depending on room configuration.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Booking Method: Please complete your reservation via the Hotel Booking Request Form provided on this website.
Booking Deadline: The form will close once the allocated room block is full.
Changes & Cancellations: Should your travel plans change, please contact the committee by Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to modify or cancel your booking.
Important Notice: Based on a principle of mutual trust, no advance deposit is required. To ensure the effective allocation of resources, please avoid no-shows. The committee reserves the right to seek compensation or limit future participation for guests who fail to cancel by the deadline and do not show up.
