Sign Up Instructions for the RP Convention:

1. The sign-up session for the CCIII RP Convention of 2020 is from

May 22, 2020 Friday around noon to May 29, 2020 Friday noon .

2. The sign-up will be conducted manually, and the place for signing up is in the LB corridor next to the ENG Department Office.

The posters showing the schedule and abstracts will be in the LB corridor and online.

3. You may look at the categories and the topics that you find interesting from the schedule.

4. Please sign up for Two of the Three days of the Research Paper Convention (June 9 , June 16, and June 23, 2020).

Please DO NOT sign up for the day you are presenting.

Please Note: The names that are already typed out on the sign up sheet are those of the presenters.

If you see your name in that row, please DO NOT sign up for that category.

5. Please remember that there is a limited quota reserved for student listeners for each section.

Please fill in your names and your sections in the blank space under each category.

Please find another section to participate in if the section you intend to sign up for is full.

You may NOT sign outside or to the side of each row or else you will be assigned randomly to another vacant section.

6. Please note that those students who have not signed up after the sign-up session ends

(May 29, 2020 Friday noon) will be randomly assigned to vacant sections.

7. The sign-up results will be posted on this website around June 1, 2020 Monday.
