The objective of this bridge course on “Hands-on Electrical Engineering: Learning Beyond Theory” is to provide practical knowledge and real-world understanding of electrical engineering concepts. It aims to help students develop technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence through experiments, demonstrations, and hands-on learning activities beyond classroom theory.
PROFILE OF RESOURCE PERSONS
Prof. Mahamadtalha H. Mansuri is a dedicated researcher and academician in the field of Electrical Engineering, committed to training students to become future-ready engineers. He holds a Master of Technology degree in Power Electronics and Electrical Drives from SVNIT, Surat and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. He has over 2 years of combined industry and academic experience and is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at U.V. Patel College of Engineering, Ganpat University.

Prof. Anandkumar Acharya has more than 15 years of experience in academics, teaching, student mentoring, and administrative responsibilities in the field of Electrical Engineering. He completed his B.E. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Microprocessor and Microcontroller from LCIT, Bhandu. He obtained his M.E. in Electrical Engineering from LD College of Engineering (LDCE), Ahmedabad, where his dissertation work focused on Small Signal Stability Improvement in power systems.
Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in High Voltage Engineering from Ganpat University. Throughout his academic career, he has guided more than 125 undergraduate (UG) students and 9 postgraduate (PG) students in various academic and research projects.
During his professional journey, he has served in various academic and administrative positions, contributing significantly to teaching, research activities, student development, and institutional management. His areas of interest include Power Systems, Power Electronics, High Voltage Engineering, Microprocessors & Microcontrollers, and Intelligent Electrical Systems.
