Salvation Army Church- 510 N. Kellogg St.; 309-342-9168; They have a food pantry available for families once every 30 days. Per COVID-19 guidelines, families call them and fill a food order that is packed for them and they pick it up at the back door at a specific time. Bread can be picked up at any time as necessary. They are linked to Loving Bottoms and families can pick up diapers, wipes, and, if available, baby food once a month at their building. They offer financial aid for rent and utilities but refer individuals to LIHEAP first and if they do not qualify for that program families can then fill out an application.
