Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Tender pieces of white meat chicken smothered with buffalo sauce
Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Classic grilled all-white meat chicken breast, served with additional toppings
Dill Chicken Sandwich: Crispy, breaded chicken breast with just a hint of dill flavor, served with additional toppings
Cobb Salad: Traditional Cobb Salad served with fresh lettuce, diced chicken, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and bacon pieces; served with a variety of salad dressing options
Gluten-free, vegetarian, and other dietary needs will be marked with the first & last names of those who requested them
Sandwiches will come with the following sides: classic homemade macaroni & cheese, party-style creamy broccoli salad, and a mixed fruit cup (strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple). The salad will come with a mixed fruit cup.
Condiments, dressings, and sandwich toppings such as tomatoes and pickles will also be available.
He's back with DESSERT again!
Attendees will pick up a delicious treat personally provided by Lombard Middle School School student, Raleigh Gibbons, who is also a cupcake enthusiast and local entrepreneur of Sugar Daddy's Bakery in Galesburg, IL. He will be set up in the Vendors' Gallery in Thiel Gym.
