Student Exchange Programs

We have student exchange programs between the following schools.

• Bowling Green State University (Ohio, USA)

• University of Tennessee at Martin (Tennessee, USA)

• Sookmyung Women's University (Seoul, Korea)

• Incheon National University (Incheon, Korea)

• Shandong University (Jinan, China)

• Xiamen University of Technology (Xiamen(Amoy), China)

• Assumption College (Makati, Philippines)

Benefits for exchange students:

• Waiver of tuition, application fee and technical fees

• Accommodation (excluding fees of electricity and fuel)

• Student Advisors (tutors)

To Apply for Exchange Program (one semester/ one year)

All documents must be written in Japanese or English, and submitted through your school faculties in charge of International Programs. All PDF forms are here.

1. Required documents to apply for HJU 

   1. Application for Admission to Hiroshima Jogakuin University (PDF file)

   2. Letter of Recommendation (PDF file)

   3. Official transcript

   4. In Case of Emergency Notify (PDF file)

   5. Two passport-type photos (height 4cm, width 3cm) taken in 6 month, with no hat, no background, no filters.

2. Required Documents to Apply for the Visa (Certificate of Eligibility) 

   1. Application forms for Certificate of Eligibility (MSExcel file)

   2. One passport-type photo (height 4cm, width 3cm or digital image of at least 1200x800 pixels) taken in 6 month, with no hat, no background, no filters.

   3. Photocopy of ID page of your Passport (the page indicated your name, nationality, passport number etc.)

   4. Certificate of Enrollment of your home school

   5. Certificate of Remittance (PDF file)

Please send these documents by physical mail or attached with email by the following deadline:

• Enroll from April: December 1st

• Enroll from September: May 1st

*After sending by email, printed documents must be submitted to HJU upon the students' arrival.
