In 1943, school inspector Mr. Shih (時煃蒞) wrote the lyrics for the school song, while the music was composed by Mr. Chang (張效良), principal of National Pingtung University.
The song expresses heartfelt hopes for students, encouraging them to continually strive for self-improvement and make meaningful contributions to society.
