Our laboratory investigates the molecular mechanisms of liver disease and drug-induced toxicity using human-relevant experimental models. We focus on metabolic liver disease, liver fibrosis, hepatotoxicity, and therapeutic target discovery. By integrating organoid-based disease modeling, molecular biology, and multi-omics approaches, we aim to develop translational platforms for drug safety evaluation and precision therapeutics.
