Exchange students are initially assigned a 4-month stay. If they wish to extend, they can apply for an additional 4 or 8 weeks.
If you move out of the dormitory during a period other than the regular move-out period, a deduction equivalent to two weeks’ rent may apply.
You will receive a payment notice when you chekc in to the dorm. You can pay in cash at the bank on campus or via international wire transfer.
You must submit negative TB result tested in Korea no later than the day atfer the check-in.
Free tests will be available from (TBD) to (TBD) at the dorm by the Tuberculosis Association from 10:00 to 16:00.
If you are not able to take the test mentioned above, you should visit a medical clinic near the campus by yourself.
A deposit of 100,000KRW is required upon initial move-in.
In the middle of the semester, exchange students will be asked to apply for a deposit refund. At this time, the initial 100,000 KRW will be refunded to your bank account, and a new cash deposit of 50,000 KRW must be submitted.
Upon check-out, the 50,000 KRW deposit will be refunded if there are no issues.
(Since it is often difficult for exchange students to receive a bank transfer refund after leaving Korea, this mid-semester process ensures the refund can be made in cash.)
Dormitory only provides bed sheets, and other bedding is not provided.
If you rent bedding through a rental company, you can receive it on the day you move into the dorm.

Dormitory does not proivde any meal service.
Cafeteris is located in Dorm 3. (KRW 1,000 for breakfast, KRW 5,500 for lunch and dinner)
Convenience Store is located on the B1 floor of dorm 2.
If usually operates unmanned. Please be aware of the payment method to avoid being mistaken for theft.
Most building in campus have free WIFI service.
Regular move-out date: TBD
If you wish to stay in the dormitory after the regular move-out date, extension may not be allowed depending on the circumstances of the dorm and aiddisional costs will be incurred.
If you move out the dormitory during a period other than the regular move-out period, the cost of two weeks could be deducted.
Dormitory has a shared kitchen and a laundry room.
Fridge can only be used when applied in advance and the laundry machine has a usage fee, KRW 1,000 per use.
(You may purchase a small fridge of 46L or less individually and place it in your room.)
