The invoices for the school year 2025/2026 are emailed to the primary contact (as indicated on the application form).

Payment is due on or before the first day of term. 

• Term 1 Tuition fees due by September 1

• Term 2 Tuition fees due by January 1

• Term 3 Tuition fees due by April 1

If your company is paying the school fees, please note that it remains the parents’ responsibility to coordinate payment from the company. Kindly provide a letter from Company regarding payment arrangements.

If you make payment by transfer directly into our bank account, please email the Admissions Office with the details. Please quote your child’s name and grade level in the wire transfer, which will enable our Accounts team to trace your payment. 

At School:

By cash, check or credit card. Accounts office opening hours are 07:30-16:00 from Monday to Thursday and 07:30-12:00 on Fridays. (except on public holidays).

• Facility to pay by credit card is made available. You can avail fee discounts by paying the whole years’ fees using your FAB GEMS Co Brand Credit Card.

• FAB Representative Mr. Mehmood Sab (Mobile: +971508664238, Email: mehmood.sab@bankfab.com) will be able assist, if you wish to register for the above mentioned facility.

• IMPORTANT! Coordinate with FAB representative to ensure FAB records GAA tuition payment transaction(s) with the "12 months 0% Easy Payment Plan and no processing fee." Alternatively text "EPP" to number 2121 and FAB representative will be contacting you to arrange for Easy Payment Plan.

Terms & Conditions:

• Discount scheme is based on fixed rate percentage on tuition fee paid in advance according to the above calendar of fee cycle using the FAB GEMS Titanium Credit card only.

• The discount is applicable only if minimum of one term tuition Fee is paid in advance and can avail for a maximum of one Academic year.

• Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before being eligible for the fee discount

• The discount is based on the current fee structure. Should any revision to the fee structure be approved by the regulatory authority at a later date, the difference shall be payable by the cardholder.

• In case of any refunds, the official refund policy will be applied and the discount already granted will be adjusted accordingly.

• The discount is applied on the net tuition Fee after concession/reduction/advance payment, if any.
