Dear Parents,

We are happy to inform you that Re-enrollment will open on 6 February 2020.

What is re-enrollment?

Re-enrollment or Re-registration is your opportunity to let us know whether your child/children will be returning to GAA for the next academic year.

In order to secure a student’s continued place at GEMS American Academy- Abu Dhabi for the following academic year, an online re-enrollment form must be completed via GEMS Parent Portal along with a paid deposit of 5% of the school fees by 1^st May of each academic year. This deposit is non-refundable should a student not take up the confirmed place in September, but is fully adjustable against the first term fees. The deposit may be paid online with a credit card, in person at the school accounts office or via bank wire transfer.

Please note that the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) issues the guidelines regarding the admission and re-enrollment processes for private schools in Abu Dhabi.

How to re-enrol you child/children:

• Log into the GEMS Parent Portal using your parent username by following this link: https://oasis.gemseducation.com/General/Home.aspx / or log onto the GEMS Connect app on you phone.
• If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it by clicking on the forgot password option in the top right-hand corner of your screen. For new families this option can also be used to create a password.
• Please complete the entire re-enrolment process for each child. Re-enrollment Parent User Guide
• If you would like to pay at the school cashier’s office, please complete the online process before proceeding.

Important things to remember:

• More than one child - This needs to be completed for all children in your family, this is not a ‘family re-enrolment’, and each student needs to be re-enrolled individually.
• Not re-enrolling - If you are not re-enrolling for September, this process still needs to be completed, as this is what will prompt a Transfer Certificate to be generated. A Transfer Certificate may be required by your new school, and is a required process when leaving our school.
• Unregistered children, as well as, children with an outstanding tuition fee balance, will not be able to begin class next academic year.

يسعدُنا بأن نعلن عن فتح باب إعادة التسجيل وحجز مقعد بتاريخ 6-فبراير-2020.

لماذا يجب عليكم تقديم طلب لإعادة التسجيل؟

طلبات إعادة التسجيل أو حجز المقعد هي فرصتكم لإعلام المدرسة بأنكم تودون استكمال التحاق ابنكم/ابنتكم لدينا في المدرسة للعام الدراسي القادم.

لذا ولحجز المقعد و ضمان استمرار الدراسة لدينا في أكاديمية جيمس الأمريكية – أبوظبي يجب عليكم تعبئة نموذج إعادة التسجيل عن طريق بوابة جيمس لأولياء الأمور وايداع مبلغ قيمته 5% من القسط السنوي قبل تاريخ 1-مايو من كل عام دراسي. علماً بأن المبلغ غير مسترد في حال عدم التحاق الطالب للمدرسة في سبتمبر، ولكنه يقتطع من قيمة القسط المدرسي للفصل الأول.

يمكنكم دفع مبلغ الحجز وإعادة التسجيل عبر الإنترنت باستخدام بطاقة ائتمان أو شخصياً في مكتب المحاسبة في المدرسة أو عن طريق تحويل مصرفي.

يرجى العلم بأن جميع السياسات المتعلقة بعملية القبول والتسجيل تصدر من قسم المدراس الخاصة في دائرة التعليم والمعرفة - أبوظبي.

كيف يمكنك تقديم طلب لإعادة التسجيل؟

• ادخل إلى بوابة جيمس لأولياء الأمور بالنقر على الرابط التالي و ادخال اسم المستخدم لولي الأمر https://oasis.gemseducation.com/General/Home.aspx / أو عن طريق تطبيق GEMS Connect من هاتفك الخليوي.
• إذا نسيت كلمة المرور، فيمكنك إعادة تعيينها بالنقر فوق خيار "نسيت كلمة المرور" في الركن الأيمن العلوي من الشاشة. للعائلات الجديدة ، يمكنكم استخدام هذا الخيار لإنشاء كلمة مرور جديدة.
• نرجو استكمال عملية إعادة التسجيل لجميع ابناءكم. انقر هنا لدليل المستخدم.
• اذا كنت ترغب بالدفع عن طريق مكتب المحاسبة، نرجو منك استكمال خطوات تقديم الطلب عبر الانترنت قبل زيارة قسم المحاسبة.

ملاحظات مهمه:

• في حال لديكم أكثر من طالب ملتحقين لدينا في المدرسة، نرجو منكم استكمال الطلب لكل طالب على حدة، هذه الطلبات يجب تقديمها بشكل فردي لكل طالب على حده وليس بالنيابة عن جميع أفراد العائلة.
• في حال عدم الرغبة في إعادة التسجيل، يجب استكمال هذه الخطوة عن طريق الانترنت والاشارة لعدم الرغبة في اعادة الالتحاق لدينا في المدرسة للعام القادم، هذه الخطوة ستسرع عملية اصدار شهادة الانتقال للطالب. شهادات الانتقال مهمه عند الالتحاق بمدرسة جديدة وهي خطوة أساسية من خطوات ترك المدرسة لدينا.
• في حال عدم إعادة التسجيل وفي حال عدم استكمال الأقساط الدراسية للعام 2019-2020، لن يتكمن الطالب من الالتحاق لدينا في العام الدراسي التالي.
