Within the Online Learning Folder, it is important to have content organized by week and day.

In your Schoology Sandbox course, click on the Online Learning Folder
While in the Online Learning folder, click on Add Materials
Click on Add Folder
In the Title box, type or paste: Week of [date] (example: Week of 8/10/20).
Choose a folder color

Remember, it will be easy to copy these folders into your courses later, and you will just have to edit the dates on the weeks/days.

While in the weekly folder, click on Add Materials
Click on Add Folder
In the Title box, type or paste: Monday [date] (example: Monday 8/10/21).

In the Date box, choose the same date as you put in the title.
In the Availability box, choose Publish on start date
Click Create
You will notice that the folder you created is now grayed out, and it says Unpublished · Available after [date/time].Go ahead and take a moment to create folders for the other weekdays (Tuesday-Friday).
