Schoology Course Template Training
The Alief ISD Course Template
In this section, you will learn about the Alief ISD Course Template, and have a chance to create its components in your Sandbox.
About the Alief ISD Course Template:
In an effort to provide a consistent experience that allows families, parents, and students to find information and learning materials across campuses and grade levels, all Alief ISD Schoology courses will include the following three (3) folders:
Online Learning - All learning activities will be located in this folder
In the Online Learning folder, you will have weekly/daily folders with lessons, materials, and other learning items.
Additional Resources - this folder will include links to additional learning resources
Parent Communication - newsletters, weekly communication, etc. for parents and families will be housed in this folder
Note: Families and students should only see these three folders when they click into your courses. Any course materials that you have created or will create will reside within these folders.
Your campus leadership and district content leaders may provide additional guidance and expectations for developing course materials within these folders.
