Sandra Gomes participated in Pint of Science 2024 held from May 13 to 15 in Porto, presenting the work Moringa oleifera: From the Tree of Life to Superfoods. Pint of Science Portugal is part of a global initiative that aims to make scientific discussion more accessible. Held annually in May, this festival brings together researchers from various fields to present their projects in an accessible and interesting way in relaxed environments such as bars.
Vera Homem participated in the RTP3 program “Tech 3”, broadcasted on June 2022, 12th. The episode was dedicated to Águas do Douro e Paiva, SA, a company integrated in the FEUP-PRIME program, and with which she has been collaborating. In this episode, Vera Homem talks about the project AGRONAUT - Agronomic Impact of Sludge Amendment Using a Comprehensive Exposure Viewpoint, which aims to contribute to improving knowledge about the safe use of sewage sludge on agricultural land.
