2023.11.02 - Our research that develops a high-speed 13-fold thermal switch by manipulating the electrons in a single molecular layer with an applied electric field has been published online by Science. This work, spanning for years, was in collaboration with Man Li and colleagues from our group, as well as Professor Paul Weiss's group. 2023.10.18 - My theoretical work, which develops an ab initio non-perturbative approach to elucidate the abnormal vibrational spectra in boron arsenide and boron phosphide, and which was validated through collaboration with the experimental research of Zihao Qin and Suixuan Li, has been published online by Physical Review B.
2023.09.16 - I gave a talk at Caltech invited by Chinese-American Engineers and Scientists Association of Southern California.
2023.09.15 - My proposal, “Ab initio calculation on electron, phonon, magnon coupled transport”, has been approved by Advanced Cyberinfrastructure Coordination Ecosystem: Services & Support (ACCESS) program, which is supported by NSF grants.
