Engineering precision delivery systems for gene-editing therapies
The Jiang Lab at UCLA develops non-viral delivery platforms to unlock the clinical potential of in vivo gene-editing therapies. Drawing on expertise in nanotechnology, biomolecular engineering, and immunology, we take a systematic, mechanism-driven approach to build delivery systems that are safe, efficient, and adaptable. Our goal is to equitably broaden access to curative therapies across a diverse spectrum of genetic disorders, from common conditions to the rarest n-of-1 diseases. Learn more about our research.
