In 2014, I was awarded the Certificate of University Teaching from Syracuse University’s Future Professoriate Program. In 2017, I was awarded the Mellon Teaching Fellowship in Teaching Excellence: Inclusive Classroom from UCLA's Excellence in Pedagogy and Innovative Classrooms Program (EPIC). I have also received the Distinguished Teaching Award by the Linguistics Department at UCLA.
