Make sure you will have access to a computer or phone during the online registration period: June 4-10. If you don't register yourself promptly when your appointment begins, you may find that your preferred courses are full.
All of the information below may affect your registration, so review it carefully!
Our office will pre-register you for CAS 200 and any special program courses.
Signature Seminar students: Our office will add BIO 312 to your enrollment after online registration concludes.
You will have an opportunity to make changes to your registration in MySlice—drop and add classes—starting at noon on Thursday, August 21. Details are now available.

Due to instructor availability, the meeting time for PSY 335 has changed to WEDNESDAYS only, 4:00-7:00 p.m.
You will find this change reflected on the updated F25 Madrid Schedule of Classes and Timetable.
If you have expressed interest in an internship via the Internship Request Form in OrangeAbroad, please see the Internships page for details.
BIO 322 and CHE 275/276 are open only to students admitted to Madrid Special Programs (Madrid Health and Science, Madrid Center & Liberal Arts in Spanish at UAM) as noted on the Schedule of Classes.
Some course subjects are in high demand abroad. In these cases, we sometimes need to limit the number of courses available to non-majors. This policy is designed to maximize the number of students who have access to a course listed under a popular topic while studying in Madrid.
If you disregard these directives and do not meet the requirements according to the transcript information available to us, you will be dropped from the additional restricted course. (MySlice will not prevent you from registering for more than one of these courses.)
Only Art History majors may register online for two HOA courses; all other students are limited to one HOA course.
Only Economics majors may register online for two ECN courses; all other students are limited to one ECN course.
Only Political Science/Public Policy/Government majors may register online for two PSC courses; all other students are limited to one PSC course.
Only Psychology majors may register online for two PSY courses; all other students are limited to one PSY course.
Additional seats in enrollment-restricted courses above may be available during online Schedule Adjustment, if space remains after majors have been seated.
Newhouse and public communications majors have priority enrollment in COM 350 and COM 400.
SPM 345 - Technology in Sport Management introduces students to the sports industry through three key areas:
Implementation of technology in operations, communication, and commercial areas of modern sports,
Use of data to analyze athletic performance, and
Exploration of sports as entertainment by comparing esports (videogames competitions) with traditional sports.
The course aims to go beyond a general understanding of the sports world, offering students insights into emerging trends and the future direction of this global industry.
Based on information from the submitted Course Preference Forms, some courses are likely to reach capacity and close during registration. Be sure to have some alternative classes identified (and even placed in your Shopping Cart in MySlice), in case a class you would like to take is closed when you register. If you need to re-work your schedule when these classes fill, below we've identified other courses to consider.
Remember to check for any time conflicts with your other course selections.
