Applications & Registration
To attend a CU*IP conference, you first apply and are then directed to a nearby CUIP site. Your application will be reviewed by the site, and you will be notified of acceptance or decline. If accepted, you must register and pay a $45 fee to confirm your attendance.

If accepted, register for the conference.
Fee Payment
Pay a $45 fee to confirm your attendance.
If your department is not covering the registration fee, and the $45 fee is causing financial hardship, you may request a fee waiver by contacting women@aps.org to request a registration fee waiver form.
Please note, fee waiver requests must be made two days in advance of the registration deadline.
If you are a faculty member, speaker, chaperone or other non-undergraduate who wishes to attend the CU*iP at Syracuse University please complete the non-undergraduate form by December 20th.
