WIC (Women, Infants & Children): Are your children eligible for free and reduced lunch or medical assistance? If so, your family may also qualify for WIC. WIC provides nutrition education and healthy foods for pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age five.

CTC (Child & Teen Checkups): Regular well child medical appointments are important for children of all ages. Children ages 0-21 who are on Minnesota Health Care program insurance plans are eligible for the Child and Teen Checkups program. CTC also meets the Early Childhood Screening requirement at age 3 for children entering kindergarten.

Immunizations: Immunizations, low cost or fee waived, are available from Public Health for children and adults who are uninsured or under insured; and for children who are on Minnesota Health Care program insurance plans.
