The app will boast the following features to address the requirements of our target audience.
Student profile functionality
A well-categorized and efficient appointment booking system.

Welcome Screen: The user is prompted with a welcome message and the next arrow button.
Action: The user selects “>” to move to the next screen
Login/Sign-Up Screen: The user is prompted to log in or create an account.
Action: The user selects "Create Account" since they are new to the application.
Homepage: The user is directed to the app's homepage, which offers students various categories for information, such as medicine, appointments, and emergencies. The requirements were that a distinct emergency services section must be available on the homepage.
Action: The user can select different tasks they want to do.
Appointment Categories: When scrolling down on the homepage the user has access the categories for an appointment. The requirements were that the user should be able to easily find the right categorization for their issue, categories must be distinct and not cluttered to assist users in selection the appropriate option for their need.
Action: User selects a category to book for their headache problem.
Appointment page: The user is then prompted with an appointment details page showing actions such as date, followed with time and doctor to choose from. The requirements were that the user should be able to choose a preferred gender for their doctor.
Action: User chooses the date, time, and then the doctor interested in.
Annotation: Users may have preferences regarding the date, time, or specific doctor for their appointment. They may prioritize certain factors based on their schedule or healthcare needs.
Doctor Details: User is then prompted with doctor details and a book appointment button. The requirements were that the user should be able to have access to doctors’ information while searching for an appointment.
Action: User may or may not write the optional message and clicks on the book appointment.
Booking Confirmation: User is prompted with appointment confirmation
Homepage: The homepage has a notifications icon at the top right corner.
Action: User presses the notification icon to check notifications.
Notification screen: From this notification page, the user has access to all his notifications with categorizations. The requirements were for the system to implement a notification system for updates on medication processes.
Action: User can read and delete the notifications that they want.
Annotation: Users may check notifications to stay informed about important updates, such as appointment reminders or new messages from healthcare providers. Their decision to check notifications may depend on the perceived urgency or relevance of the information.
Notification screen: The notifications for appointment reminders provide a check-in option. The requirements were that the system should provide an appointment check-in option both on the portal and in person.
Action: The user presses on the check-in button to check-in for their appointment.
Check-In Page: User is prompted with a Check-in page with a form to fill in, and then click check-in

Check-in confirmation: User is presented with confirmation pop-up confirming user check-in.
Action: The user selects "Create Account" since they are new to the application.
Annotation: During the check-in process, users may encounter forms or prompts requesting additional information. It's important to note that the check-in process is optional, and users have the flexibility to complete it either on the portal or in person at the Student Health Center (SHC).
Profile page: The portal has a profile page accessible via the navigation bar’s last symbol from left. This page allows users to upload and edit all the required information and documents. The requirements were for the user to be able to easily find their medical documents and that the documents should not be on the homepage but under a documentation section.
Action: User clicks on the person symbol on the navbar that opens the profile page, then the user clicks on “Documents”.
Documents Page: User can see the documents he/she has uploaded. He/she can upload more if required. The requirements were for the user to be able to upload new document easily.
Homepage: The homepage has a notifications icon at the top right corner.
Action: User clicks the medication section, and more then more information on the homepage to view his/her medication.
Medication page: the page consists of two sections for users to perform desired tasks: Orders, and Medicine Application
Action: User clicks on orders --> delivered to see delivered medication
Medication page: User wants to see how to use the medication that got delivered.
Action: User clicks on the “>” beside the total amount and items.
Order Details Page: User is prompted with an “Order Details” page, with doctor’s name as well as instructions of use, and order process date and time.
Action: User clicks on “instructions for use”.
Instructions Page: This page provides details about the doctor, and each prescription given. Users can download the prescription if he/she wishes to.
Annotation: Users may track the status of their medication orders to ensure timely delivery and availability of prescribed medications. Their decision to check order information may be driven by factors such as medication adherence, if the medication is taking longer than expected, and to check if all prescriptions have been delivered.
My Health Page: The section (accessible via the navigation bar) gives information about post-appointment next steps, and lab results. The requirements were that the user should be able to have a summary of the visits, including medication, next step and things that need to be careful about also the user should be able to view the instruction with clarity.
Action: User presses on her/his latest doctor visit appointment update.
Summary of visit: User is prompted with a “summary of visit” page that gives him/her important information about her visit to the doctor.
Chat screen: The user can contact the doctor by pressing the “Contact” button.
Action: User can read and write texts from and to their doctor if the feel the need to.
Annotation: Users may review post-visit information to understand next steps and follow-up recommendations provided by healthcare providers. Their decision to access after-visit information may be motivated by factors such as treatment adherence or the need for clarification on prescribed treatments.
Calendar screen: This screen is made to help to user stay organized. It gathers information about upcoming events and visually represent their agenda. The requirements were that the user should be able to view upcoming visits after booking appointments.
