SEP Mentors will work with 1-2 students at time with the responsibility of leading mentees toward their goals. There is a heavy emphasis on being able to find a familiar face, empathy, and understanding from our mentors. A lot of times, engineers of colors at RIT are not always able to receive help from peers that look like them or share cultural experiences.
