TikTok Campaign

Intent

The audience we are targeting for our videos is everyone but specifically people who are: 1. unsure about what they believe about our topic and 2. are susceptible to persuasion from the media. We intend to offer a pro-Russian viewpoint in our videos to convince the viewer that Russia isn't as bad as they are made out to be. We want to make the spread of misinformation detectable to those who are thinking critically about what they watch, but not to those who mindlessly scroll through TikTok, open to any information they see. We are using a variety of styles to help relate to our audience and present the information to show it can be done in many different ways and still function the way we want it to.
