Volunteer Work/Community Service/Service Learning Award
RISD Service Learning Award
Students who complete a total of 60 hours or more of community service during grades 9-12, with at least 30 of those hours occurring during their senior year, will receive the Service Learning Award at graduation.
Suggested plan:
Minimum of 5 hrs during 9th grade
Minimum of 10 hrs during 10th grade
Minimum of 15 hrs during 11th grade
Must earn minimum of 30 hrs during 12th grade
Total Hours = 60

Logging Service Hours
All service hours must be logged in Naviance and then approved by administration in order to earn the Service Learning Award.
