You can choose to attend just one week of camp, or both!

Campers can choose to attend as many or as few days of camp as they wish! Each day will focus on one Theatre Skill, and the campers will get to take something home each day!

For Campers entering Grades 6-9

COST: $50 per day, or $225 for the whole week!*

FRIDAY - AUDITIONS

Auditioning is an important skill for EVERY actor. This day will serve double duty: A camp to learn the skills of auditioning, followed by Singing Auditions and a Dance Call for our Week 2 Musical Camp Show! Campers have the option of having a "mock" audition if they are not participating in Week 2, or if they're not interested in a Lead Role for Willy Wonka KIDS. Each camper will receive written feedback on their audition from Mrs. Whitman, regardless of their chosen audition level!

Campers will experience the full production process by working on Willy Wonka KIDS!

Campers will have the opportunity to play theatre games, learn choreography, rehearse, create sets, props, and costumes, and prepare for the performance!**

Campers can choose which area they participate in: Performance or Technical Theatre! Simply let us know when you register, and we'll be sure your camper has the opportunity to explore the field of their interest!

**Anyone who registers for the Junior Theatre Collective Musical Camp is guaranteed a role in the show and is not required to audition.

Those who would like to be considered for a principal (speaking) role will be asked to audition on Friday afternoon, June 5th. If you participate in the Audition Day of Skills Camp, your audition slot is built in to the day! If you are not participating in the Audition Day of Skills Camp, you will need to sign up for a specific time slot.

When you register, you will be asked to choose an audition time. We will follow up with you via email to let you know what you should prepare.
