Frequently Asked Questions

1. My child is enrolled in college board in their courses do I still need AP enroll codes?

A: No! If they are enrolled then they have already received join codes from their teacher. They need to make sure they have confirmed their exam registration in College board and total registration

2. Can I take a test for a class I am not currently enrolled in or is not offered at Pearce?

A: Yes! Email Kerri Brown to set up an exam only section- the independent study page on this website for all the details

3. I registered my child and did not receive join codes?

A: The join codes are emailed in the confirmation email to the students email address that was used to register on total registration. Also the codes are displayed on the final page after you have registered on total registration.

4. When can students pay in cash?

A: Cash Payments: Accepted by Kerri Brown in room A226 before school and after school. We will NOT be accepting checks this year. See the payment page for more details.

5. How do I qualify for the Free and Reduced lunch prices?

A: You should complete the free reduced lunch application. In total registration, you should be asked if you are eligible to receive free and reduced lunch and selected yes if so. Each of these registrations have to be approved by Kerri Brown. After she verifies your status, you will receive an email once you have been verified and then you are free to pay for your exams at the reduced rate. 6. My student is in a Spring only semester course and I do not have the join code, how do I get it?

A: Spring classes will receive join codes in January from their teachers. These classes will register in January and February- see the Spring exam page for more information.
