Kindergarten - Grade 2 Activities

The Fast Break/Warm-ups can be done to warm your body up before the day’s activity, or anytime throughout the day when you’ve been sitting for a while and need to move around!

Choose at least 1 activity to do each day. To challenge yourself, try to complete all 3 or repeat an activity you enjoyed from a previous day.

  • Cone Croquet

  • Modifications: Instead of cones, use canned foods and a post-it note to label them 1-3. Instead of a hockey or croquet stick, use a broom, yardstick or another long object around the house. Any small round ball can be used (tennis ball, rubber ball, etc.)
