Grade 3 -Grade 5 Activities

The Fast Break/Warm-ups can be done to warm your body up before the day’s activity, or anytime throughout the day when you’ve been sitting for a while and need to move around!

Choose at least 1 activity to do each day. To challenge yourself, try to complete all 3 or repeat an activity you enjoyed from a previous day.

Monday

Fast Break/ Warm-Up

If you don’t have a basketball, any sort of round object will work!

Activity

If you don’t have a balloon, use a plastic bag, fill a plastic zip baggie with air or another household item!
