Students should already be spending 5+ minutes each day on multiplication fact practice, but if you want to give your student extra math practice, below are some suggested options that will support their contextual learning.
Make sure your student has logged into the student login portal, then go to Clever to get to their dreambox account. I will often have targeted activities assigned, and if I don't, the program bases activities on your student's performance on tasks.

The idea behind bedtime math is to build contextual understanding of math together with family, the way we read with our children at bedtime. It has an activity every day you can complete with your child to encourage positive family associations with math AND their math skills!
Include your child in the everyday math tasks you do. Discuss using two 1/4 size cups instead of the dirty 1/2 size cup when cooking, or when you estimate how much two pounds of grapes will cost when shopping. Talk about money decisions and thinking, like how .99 is almost the same as a dollar, or let them pay and take the change when you pay in cash. Kids value math when they see their parents using it for real world tasks!
