Human Rights general essay question - came up in 2023 (so perhaps less likely in 2024).

Really just requires an explanation of the Human Rights Act - key sections and what it does.  How it changes the protection of human rights (e.g. vertical and horizon effect and sections 6 and 7 HRA as well as sections 3 and 4) and the role of European Court of Human Rights. See this sheet.
